The BCIE(E) Structure

The structure of the BCIE is made up of the members of the BCIE, and also of the regional and branch structures (affiliates of the BCIE), created by the BCIE.

The supreme authority of the BCIE is the Meeting convoked once a year. Its time, date and venue, the agenda of the Meeting are made known by the Executive Directorate to the members of the BCIE at least 30 days prior to its opening, and in case of Extraordinary Meetings – in the period, sufficient for mailing of the notification.

The management body of the BCIE is the Council of the BCIE, who manages the activities of the organisation during the period between the Meetings. The head of the Council is the head of BCIE and the head of RPA BSIA. His deputies are the first managers of the unions and associations included in Confederation.

According to the constituent documents of Confederation the functions of the executive bodies of Confederation are laid upon the present executive management of RPA BSIA, which has begun execution of authorized functions on consolidation and upholding of interests of the manufacturers, industrialists and the real sector of economy as a whole, on legal protection of the persons, on the further development of social partnership in the triangle (Government - Association of the employers - Trade unions) and in other directions. The stress of working in these directions is made on experience, professionalism and opinion of the chiefs and the leading experts, initiatives from enterprises, organizations and units, represented in the unions and associations – members of Confederation. The constructive offers from regional enterprises and organizations, from their chiefs are constantly taken into account.

In the regions, the functions of the representative offices of Confederation are laid on the present regional unions and associations (branches). The most authoritative regional organizations are the original consolidating centers of BCIE(E) in the regions. The representative and executive bodies of Confederation count on mutually beneficial cooperation and support of the initiatives and suggestions of the unions and associations – members of Confederation.

For this purpose the reorganization of the public functional councils of RPA BSIA that have been functioning for more than 10 years takes place and the interested professionals that work in the other unions and associations, regional organizations, leading enterprises, ministries and concerns are included as components with the status of united functional public councils (commissions) RPA BSIA – BelUE – BCIE(E).
